Check your phone is compatible

Most phones released from 2018 onwards support eSIM, including iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, and Google Pixel 3 and newer. Visit our compatibility checker on the How It Works page to confirm your device is supported. You can also check by going to your phone settings and looking for a Mobile Data or Cellular section — if you see an option to add an eSIM or mobile plan, your phone is ready.

Scan your QR code

After payment, we email you a QR code within seconds. Open your phone camera, point it at the QR code, and tap the notification that appears. Your phone will guide you through installing the eSIM profile — just follow the on-screen prompts. The whole process takes under two minutes. You are connected

Your eSIM activates instantly after installation. Your phone will start connecting to the strongest available network — choosing between EE, Three, Vodafone, and O2 based on signal strength at your location. There is no waiting period and no manual configuration required. Open the Fuse app to see your connection status, monitor data usage, and manage your account.

Running Fuse alongside your current SIM

Fuse is a UK multi-network data-only eSIM — there is no phone number, no carrier voice calls, no SMS. Your existing SIM keeps doing what it already does for calls and texts, and Fuse sits alongside it on the same phone to handle data.

Every modern eSIM-capable phone supports dual-SIM, so the two lines coexist with no swap and no porting involved. Install the Fuse eSIM, then in Settings pick which line carries data (set Fuse) and which carries voice (set your existing carrier). Calls and SMS continue on your current number; Fuse handles streaming, browsing, navigation, video calls and tethering over data.

Apps that send messages over the internet — WhatsApp, FaceTime, iMessage, Telegram, Signal — work normally over the Fuse data line. If you ever want to drop your old carrier, do it on your own time; Fuse has no contract and no impact on the other side.

We are focused on eSIM technology as our digital-first approach, but we are exploring options for broader device support in the future. You can keep your existing provider in the physical SIM slot for calls and texts, and use Fuse in the eSIM slot for data. You need three things: an eSIM-compatible phone, a Wi-Fi connection for the initial setup (to download the eSIM profile), and an email address for your account. That is it. No ID verification, no credit check, no waiting. The entire process is completed online in under five minutes.
First, make sure you are scanning the QR code with your phone camera, not a third-party QR code app. Ensure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi, as it needs an internet connection to download the eSIM profile.
