Most queries get a response within a few hours during UK business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm). Emails outside those hours are answered the next working day. We read every message personally — no bots, no ticket queues.
Yes. Email support@fusemobile.co.uk with the device you’re trying to install on (e.g. "iPhone 16 Pro on iOS 18.2") and any error messages you see. Most activation issues are resolved within one back-and-forth.
Open the Fuse app, go to Account → Plan → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. No fees, no questions asked. If you’re having trouble in the app, email support@fusemobile.co.uk and we’ll cancel it for you.
Email support@fusemobile.co.uk with the date and amount of the charge in question. Include your account email. Billing queries get priority — we usually respond same day.
Not currently. We’re a small team and we find email gives us the time to investigate properly and write a real answer, rather than rushing through a phone queue. If your issue is urgent, mark the email as urgent in the subject line.
No — Fuse is digital-only. There are no high street stores. Everything (signup, plan changes, eSIM install, support) happens online or in the app.
