Fuse Mobile is a multi-network eSIM provider that gives you access to all four major UK networks (EE, Three, Vodafone, and O2) through a single eSIM. Your phone automatically connects to the strongest signal available, so you always get the best coverage.
Unlike traditional providers that lock you to one network, Fuse uses all four UK networks. This means better coverage, fewer dead spots, and a more reliable connection wherever you are. It's like having four networks for the price of one.
No. Fuse is a data-only eSIM — there is no phone number, no carrier voice calls, no SMS. Keep your existing SIM for calls and texts on your current number, and add Fuse alongside via dual-SIM to handle data.
Fuse connects to all four major UK mobile networks: EE, Three, Vodafone, and O2. Your phone automatically selects the strongest signal available at your location.
No. Unlike some backup SIM providers that restrict data to 500 apps, Fuse provides full, unrestricted data access. Every app, every service, every website — no limitations.
Your phone automatically connects to whichever of the four UK networks (EE, Three, Vodafone, O2) has the strongest signal at your location. The switching happens seamlessly in the background without any action needed from you, and you'll always get the best available coverage.
Fuse is data-only — every plan from Spark to Surge is a pure data plan, with no voice minutes or SMS bundles and no separate phone number. Most people make calls and send messages over the internet (WhatsApp, FaceTime, Messenger and the like), which run on your Fuse data at no extra cost. If you still want a traditional number for regular calls and texts, keep your existing SIM alongside Fuse — nearly every modern phone is dual-SIM, so you use your current number for calls and texts and Fuse for data at the same time.
Network switching happens automatically in the background, typically within a few seconds of signal dropping below a usable threshold. Your phone's eSIM continuously monitors signal strength across all four UK networks and connects to the strongest available one without any action needed from you. In most cases you won't even notice the switch happening.
An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM built into your phone. Instead of a physical SIM card, your phone's connectivity is activated digitally. This means no waiting for a SIM card in the post — you can be connected in minutes.
Most modern smartphones support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, and many more. Check our device compatibility tool on the How It Works page to confirm your device.
Yes! Most eSIM-compatible phones support dual SIM — one physical and one eSIM. You can use your Fuse eSIM for data alongside your existing physical SIM for calls, or use Fuse for everything.
After signing up, we'll send you a QR code. Simply scan it with your phone's camera, follow the on-screen instructions, and you'll be connected in under 5 minutes. No technical knowledge required.
Many modern phones support multiple eSIM profiles. You can have your Fuse eSIM alongside another eSIM or a physical SIM. Check your phone settings to see how many eSIM profiles your device supports.
The main limitations are that not all phones support eSIM technology, and you can't physically swap the SIM between devices like you can with a traditional plastic SIM. However, Fuse makes transferring your eSIM to a new compatible device straightforward through your account dashboard.
Common issues include poor internet connection during setup, scanning the QR code multiple times, or device software being out of date. Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection, only scan the QR code once, and update your phone's software before trying again.
Yes, you can regenerate your eSIM QR code through your Fuse account dashboard at any time. Simply log in to your account and visit the eSIM management section to download a fresh QR code for installation.

There's nothing to activate. If your plan includes roaming, simply travel abroad and your eSIM will automatically connect to a local partner network. Make sure data roaming is enabled in your phone's settings.

You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time, which takes effect immediately. We'll prorate the difference so you only pay for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
No. Fuse does not throttle your connection speed. You get the full speed available from whichever network you're connected to. Speeds vary by location and network conditions.
You can check your current network connection in the Fuse app. The app shows which of the four UK networks your phone is currently using, along with signal strength and connection type.

Yes. eSIM technology uses the same encryption standards as physical SIM cards, with added security benefits. Your eSIM profile is encrypted and tied to your device, making it harder to clone or steal than a physical SIM.
If your phone is lost or stolen, contact us immediately and we can deactivate your eSIM remotely. Because eSIMs are embedded in the device, they cannot be physically removed and used in another phone without your credentials.
We take data protection seriously. Your personal information is encrypted and stored securely in compliance with UK GDPR. We never sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Fuse is a data-only eSIM, so there is no number to port. Install the Fuse eSIM alongside your existing SIM via dual-SIM, then choose Fuse as your data line in Settings. Your current carrier keeps handling calls and SMS on your existing number; if you ever want to drop it, do so on your own time.
No. There is no porting and no switchover. Your existing SIM keeps working exactly as before; Fuse activates within minutes of installing the eSIM and immediately starts carrying data across all four UK networks.
Yes. If your phone supports dual SIM, you can add Fuse as a secondary eSIM alongside your existing SIM card. This lets you try Fuse without cancelling your current plan.
