Why Fuse works for travellers

  • 130+ countries included

Across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Australia and parts of Africa. Same data allowance, same speeds, no extra fee per day. Your plan in Tokyo costs the same as your plan at home.

  • eSIM — no SIM swap ever

Most travel SIMs need a physical swap at the airport. Fuse arrives by QR code in two minutes — you can set it up before you've left home, or in the queue at passport control.

  • Keep your UK number

Your UK number stays live for calls and SMS while you're abroad. WhatsApp, banking codes, Uber verification — all the things that need your number — keep working without a local SIM tangle.

  • Multi-network coverage at home too

When you're back in the UK between trips, Fuse uses all four UK networks. No more 'great in London, dead at the family home in Devon' — your phone picks whichever has signal where you are.

Travelling and mobile data have always been a hassle. Daily roaming fees on UK plans. Buying a local SIM at the airport, then juggling two numbers. Travel eSIM apps that work but break your normal number. Fuse simplifies it: one eSIM, one bill, your existing number, 130+ countries, no daily fees.

Whether you're an occasional traveller, a digital nomad, or someone who runs a business across borders, Fuse keeps you connected the same way wherever you land.

130+ countries across Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. The full list is on the Roaming page — most popular travel destinations are included. Pulse and Surge plans both include roaming; Spark is UK-only.
You use the same data allowance you have at home — 10GB on Pulse, 15GB on Surge. There's a Fair Use cap that prevents extreme abuse (permanent foreign residency on a UK SIM), but normal travel use stays well inside it.
If you've already activated your Fuse eSIM, data works automatically the moment you land. Make sure Data Roaming is turned on in your phone settings (Settings → Cellular → Fuse → Data Roaming on iPhone, similar on Android).
SMS and incoming calls to your UK number still work on roaming. Outgoing voice calls may incur per-minute charges depending on the country. Most travellers use WhatsApp/iMessage for calls — those run on data and are included.
For trips up to 2-3 weeks, Fuse usually wins because you avoid SIM-switching faff and use your normal number. For longer stays in one country, a local SIM is sometimes cheaper but adds admin. Fuse is optimised for travellers who move between countries.
